PactCue helps you structure contract information and surfaces important dates and commercial terms. You remain responsible for final contractual decisions and for checking the information against the signed source document.
Verification
If an important term is not clearly supported by the contract, PactCue leaves it unknown or marks it for review. Critical information must be verified before it can be used for automated reminders.
